Jill has lived in the Iowa City area since 1989, and both of her children grew up here and attended the Iowa City School System. She became a REALTOR in 1996 and has been one of the area’s top producers. She also has the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Our philosophy is to truly listen to our clients regarding all of their real estate needs and to offer every client only the highest level of service.
Jill has three full-time licensed assistants, Marcy, Allye and Darci working with her to ensure each Seller and Buyer gets personalized service .Darci works as our operations coordinator, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Marcy is our market analysis specialist, researching data to help our Sellers determine the best price for their home. She also works with Buyers and Sellers. Allye focuses on our social media presence to expand your market reach along with working with Buyers and Sellers.
We offer consistent feedback reporting with marketing activity, open houses, multi-color feature sheets displayed both outside and inside your home. We also market your home on multiple real estate websites and the Cedar Rapids/Eastern Iowa Airport. The team is actively involved in the community and supports so many organizations through sponsorships and community service events. Jill serves as a member on the Community Board for West Bank and is a proud member of the Hawkeye Business Partners.
